NEPAL
There has been a lot of interest about my trip to Nepal and
what it was like. Here is a link to some photos from our
trip which will give you an idea of what it was like. There
are 2 pages (23 photos) to browse. Happy "armchair"
traveling!

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Sit quietly for a moment and consider the following
question....
Q. What is the most deeply felt acknowledgment anyone has
given you? How did this make you feel?

Acknowledgement is a greatly under utilised part of our
life. We all know how good we feel when someone
acknowledges us but how often do we stop and acknowledge
others?

It doesn't cost a cent to acknowledge someone and it makes
them feel much better than receiving a box of chocolates.
So why do we offer this gift so infrequently?
Are we uncomfortable?
Are we too busy focusing on our own needs?
Are we just forgetful?

We often assume that people know how special they are to
us, we assume they know how much we love them, we assume
they know what a difference they make. Never assume
anything!

Acknowledgement is a way to shine a light on those who make
a difference in our world. By shining a light on them we
give them the opportunity to continue to shine brightly.
When people shine brightly they have the confidence to do
amazing things.

** List 5 people who make a difference in your life.
** In the next 7 days take time to acknowledge them - tell
them how they make a difference to you. (Call them, write a
card, see them in person)

Warning: Acknowledgment is contagious! If you begin
acknowledging the people who make a difference to you it is
highly likely you will receive more acknowledgments from
others. Participate in acknowledgement only if you are
willing to become acknowledged!

Have an inspiring week!
