Now on to this weeks Inspiration ....

This week I have a simple thought for you to consider. I
would like you to consider the importance of integrity - in
its most simple terms this means doing what you have said
you would do, speaking from a place of honesty, and valuing
others as you wish to be valued.

It is easy to always look outwards at others and make them
responsible for all the things that have or have not
occurred. You can't change other people but you can be
responsible for acting with integrity. What do you think
might be different this week if you did EVERYTHING you said
you would do? or if you didn't promise to do something
because you knew in advance it wasn't possible?
What would be different this week if you only spoke words
of kindness?

As I prepare to get on a plane a visit a country which is
currently experiencing political unrest and inner turmoil I
am inspired by these simple yet powerful words.

"Be the change you wish to see in the world."
Gandhi

Have an inspiring week!
