Missy Higgins (for those outside Australia) is a Australian
singer who has become really popular in the past 12 months.
In September 2004, at the age of 21, she released her first
album. In October 2005 she won 5 awards at the ARIA's
(Australian Record Industry Awards).
The quote above comes from her concert in Sydney last
Friday night which I went to. 19,000 people paid to see
Missy Higgins and several great Australian support bands
play in Centennial Park.
19,000 people!!! That is a lot of people .....
Missy Higgins was obviously deeply moved by the occasion
and somewhat inspired by the fact her dream had come true.
This is perfect example why everyone should be encouraged
to dream big. You don't need to know all the answers about
how to make your dream come true. Simply having the dream
clear in your mind will start you on a path that can make
it actually happen.
