This week I have been contemplating the way we attach a
"good" or "bad" label to the emotions and feelings we have.
For example: Sadness is "bad" and Happiness is "good" or
Doubt is "bad" and Trust is "good".

Is this true? I don't believe so. I believe every emotion
has a time and a place. It is what you do with that emotion
that makes a difference.

I found this quote a few days ago and I love the
perspective it offers on doubt ....

"Doubt is the beginning, not the end, of wisdom."
– George Iles

What a wonderful thought ... doubt offers us an opportunity
to grow and to learn.
Instead of feeling inadequate next time I find myself in
doubt I will focus on the opportunity that lies before me.

Have an inspiring week!
