What is e-coaching?

e-coaching is any form of coaching conducted electronically such as email, chatrooms, Instant Messenger, Discussion Boards.

 

 

How does it work?

The structure of e-coaching is flexible. The client can create a structure with their coach that suits them.

 

An example of a standard structure is:

1 week coaching = 3 exchanges

Coach initiates first email exchange for the week on a Monday.

Coach will respond to all emails within 24hrs Monday-Friday.

 

What are the benefits?

e-Coaching  allows a client to be coached at any hour of the day, anywhere in the world. There are no appointments to keep; the client is able to access coaching at a time that suits them.

It can be the standard method of coaching or used as an alternative for a client who does not have regular access to a telephone for a period of time.

 

What does it cost?

The cost of e-coaching is the same as telephone coaching.

 

Are emails confidential?

Our coach will keep emails secured. They emails will not be distributed to another party or discussed in anyway.

Clients using work email for coaching should be mindful that some employers monitor staff email practices. This may or may not influence the content of a clients emails.
